Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. This site uses as few as possible.
The cookies we use
| Name | What it does | How long | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
session | Keeps you signed in to your dashboard. Only set when you sign in. | 30 days with “Remember me”, otherwise until you close the browser | Strictly necessary, first-party |
pending | Remembers a new sign-up while you type the code we emailed you. | Up to 1 day, deleted once confirmed | Strictly necessary, first-party |
theme | Remembers light or dark mode, only if you pick one in your dashboard. | 1 year | Preference you asked for, first-party |
viewas | Only for our own staff: shows a client's dashboard read-only to help them. | 2 hours | Strictly necessary, first-party |
What we don't use
- No analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics).
- No advertising or tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel).
- No third-party embeds that set cookies. Our fonts are served from our own site.
Lead pages we build for clients
These set no cookies. To count visitors, the page saves today's date in your browser's local storage so you're counted once a day; nothing about you is sent or stored with it.
Why there's no cookie banner
Every cookie here is needed for something you asked for (signing in, signing up, or a theme you picked), so the law doesn't require us to ask first. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll ask for your consent before setting them and update this page.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won't be able to use the dashboard, but the rest of the site works.
