Terms and Conditions
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Steady (“we”) for using this website, the dashboard and our services. By making an account or working with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we do
We agree a plan with you by email, then make and run Facebook and Instagram ads for your business, collect leads through Meta's own lead forms or a page we build (including buying its domain), and show your leads in your dashboard.
We also offer cold email: we set up and warm up separate sending domains, find leads that fit who you want to reach and, if you choose, write and send a personal email to each one. Replies show up in your dashboard, and what happens after that is up to you.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
- When you sign up we email you a code to confirm the address is yours. An account made on the site lets you tell us about your business and see our prices; it becomes a client dashboard once we agree to work together.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private.
- If you add teammates, you're responsible for what they do in your account, and you can remove them at any time in Settings.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else got into your account.
Information you give us about your business
After signing up we ask about your business: what you sell, who your customers are and where, your team size, a rough revenue range, what a customer is worth to you, your budget, how you get customers now and who your competitors are. You choose what to tell us; the answers are rough ranges, not exact figures. We collect and use them to judge whether we can help, to prepare a plan and a price for you, and to run your ads or emails if you become a client. We keep them private as described in our Privacy Policy and never sell them. You can change them in your account or ask us to delete them.
Pilot, fees and cancelling
- The first 30 days are a pilot. Our setup work during the pilot is free.
- Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, at a budget you choose. Meta's own terms apply to it.
- Prices shown on the site and in your account are estimates. The price you pay is the one we agree with you in writing.
- After the pilot, we agree a price with you in writing before you pay anything. We then send you a secure payment link, one time or monthly, run by Whop, our payment provider. Whop's terms apply to the payment itself.
- You can cancel a monthly plan whenever you want on your Billing page, or by emailing us. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Use leads only to answer the request the person made, and follow the laws on calls, texts and email, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
- Don't text or call anyone who asked you to stop.
- Make sure your offer and business details are true, and that you hold any licences your trade needs.
- Follow Meta's advertising policies for anything you ask us to advertise.
- Don't misuse the service, try to break in, or use it for anything illegal.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your photos, logos and other material, and of your leads. You let us use your material to make and run your ads and pages while we work together. We handle lead data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. The website software and dashboard stay ours.
To set up and support your account, we can see your dashboard, including your leads and the statuses and job values you enter. We only look when we need to, for example to check your numbers or help with a problem you raise.
No guaranteed results
Ads depend on your area, season, offer and budget, so we can't promise a number of leads, bookings or jobs.
Limits on our responsibility
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used leads or broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Ending
You can close your account at any time in Settings or by emailing us. We may pause or close accounts that break these terms or have unpaid fees; while paused, leads are still saved and nothing is deleted. Sections that by their nature should continue (like limits on responsibility) still apply after.
Disputes
If there's a problem, email us first and we'll try to sort it out.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and email account holders about important changes before they take effect.
