Separate domains that look like yours, like get[yourcompany].com or my[yourcompany].com. How many depends on how many emails you want to send. Your main address is never at risk.
2. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Every domain and inbox gets the records that prove your emails are really from you, so they don't land in spam.
3. We warm up every domain
Each new inbox warms up for 2 to 3 weeks before the first send, so your emails have the best chance of reaching the inbox.
4. We find your leads
People who match who you want to reach, with every email address checked before it's used.
5. We write a personal email to each one
No two emails are the same. Each one is written for that person and their company, with follow-ups.
6. You manage it all in your dashboard

Do you send from my own email address?
No. We send from separate domains that look like yours, for example get[yourcompany].com. Your main domain and inbox stay safe.
How soon do emails go out?
New domains need 2 to 3 weeks of warm-up first. Emails start after that, and replies show up in your dashboard as they come in.
Is every email really different?
Yes. Each one is written for that lead, using what's public about them and their company. If they don't answer, they get up to two follow-ups.
Who answers the replies?
You do, or whoever you choose. We find the leads and start the conversation; every reply lands in your dashboard and closing the deal is up to you.
Can I just get the leads?
Yes. Pick Leads only: we find the leads and check every email address, and you reach out your own way.
Is cold email allowed?
In most countries, yes, when it's honest: a real sender, a subject line that isn't misleading, a postal address and an easy way to opt out. Every email we send has these, and anyone who opts out is never emailed again. Some places, like the EU and the UK, have stricter rules on who you can email, so we go over the rules for the countries you're targeting before anything is sent.
